Sonya Dunbar, RDH, MPH, also known as the Geriatric Toothfairy, has been serving in the dental profession for 30 years. In 2015, she partnered with her husband, Gerald Dunbar, to found Mobile Dental Xpress. Their company specializes in bringing dental care to underserved seniors in long term care facilities, giving them the dental attention they sorely need. “I’ve been in dentistry for 30 years,” says Sonya, “but by far, working with our seniors has been the most rewarding — helping someone that cannot help themselves.”
The state-of-the-art GO Ultra Portable Dental System by Aseptico (also known as the AEU-350) has been a game changer for Sonya and the Mobile Dental Xpress team.
