Aseptico accepts MasterCard, Visa, or American Express for payment. For smaller orders, this is a quicker and less expensive method than wire transfers or letters of credit. Please note that a Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed before any credit card orders are accepted. There are no extra fees for credit card payments.
Returns & Repairs
An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for any product return or repair. Please contact our international sales department to have a number assigned before shipment is made to our facility.
When returning products for repair, please send the entire unit, plus accessories (including motor and handpiece). All Aseptico systems use integrated technology. In order for us to analyze and correct a problem, we must determine which component might be the cause. Additionally, opening the unit will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
When ordering electrically operated equipment, be sure to specify line voltage and plug type of the country or countries where each unit will be used. This will ensure accurate production of your order. Note that Aseptico equipment that is rated for 220 VAC, 50 Hz is also fully compatible with electrical specifications to 240 VAC, 50 Hz.
